From a production of Daphne on November 13, 2019. Sara Paar sings "Daphne," a short opera based on the Greek myth of the water nymph of that name, who turns into a tree to escape pursuit by Apollo. A retelling of this story for the #MeToo era. Directed by Susan Gonzalez. Words and music by David Wolfson, who is at the piano in this video.
